- $100 – student must visit Bookkeeping to pay and report their Height/Weight as well.

- When is graduation and when do graduating students have to be there?
- Thursday, May 16th, 5:45 PM and graduates must arrive at 4:45 PM. See below for the detailed message on parking, entering, programs, Live YouTube, tickets, etc.
- When is the Senior Breakfast? Where is it?
- Monday, April 29th, starting at 8:00 AM at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
- Is Senior Breakfast mandatory?
- No, it is not. Students on campus will transition into the theatre. Students arriving back on campus should park in the student lot and walk around the front of the school to enter the theatre by 10:30 AM.
- Where does my graduate pick up their cap/gown/tassel/yard sign?
- Monday, April 29th, starting at 10:30 AM in the ELHS Theatre at the mandatory Senior assembly, followed by a handout of the cap/gown/tassel/yard sign.
- What if my student cannot make the mandatory assembly?
- Please encourage them to attend the assembly. Most instructors or work locations will respect the importance of the day. Otherwise, they cannot pick up materials until Tuesday, April 30th and prior to May 12th. They will have to see me directly.
- Are the Seniors having an event on that same day?
- YES! There is a Senior Picnic that will occur on Monday, April 29th! After students attend the mandatory assembly in the theatre, they will move to the gym for graduation material handout, then outside the Gym for a SENIOR PICNIC/PARTY!
- TICKETS: You do NOT need a ticket for graduation. Graduates are allowed to invite as many guests as they would like. There is a parking fee, but again, no ticket cost or limits on guests.
- SEATING: The event is open seating.
- PARKING:
- Fee - $10.00 and CREDIT CARD ONLY, per CAR. ALL graduates, students, parents, and friends/community members attending must pay the $10 fee at the parking lot entrances.
- Gates: the open gates will be Gates 6 and 7. Overflow will be on the west side of the stadium. Please note that there are graduations happening prior to our graduation.
- HANDICAP/HEARING ACCOMMODATIONS: You may use the front gate, Gate 4, to drop off family members. Tropicana does not provide wheelchairs. Please ensure guest bring their own wheelchairs or ambulatory assistive devices. Also, there will be hearing accommodations section, should you require these services, please let our Graduation Coordinator, Mrs. Skinner via email.
- RIDESHARE: Lot 3 is for rideshare such as taxis, Uber, or Lyft.
- FOOD: There will be a few concessions stands open with food and drink items for sale. Card purchases only.
- BACKPACKS, COOLERS, BAGS: No bags exceeding 16”x8” are permitted. Personal bags smaller than this size, medical device bags and diaper bags accompanying a young child are permitted. - GATE ENTRY:
- Graduates are to arrive at 4:45 PM through Gate 1 ONLY – No exceptions. No early arrivals without a staff member with a school id.
- Public gates do not open until 5:00 PM.
- General Public must enter through Gate 1 or Gate 5.
- Strollers that fold up well and out of the way well and are not parked in walking aisles are able to enter the stadium.
- GRADUATION DIPLOMA COVERS AND PROGRAMS: When students exit the graduation, they will be escorted to receive their diploma covers as well as a brand-new event program for your keeping as they exit the stadium.
- GRADUATION DAY PICTURES: All students attending graduation will have 3 pictures taken as they graduate (Plain background, American Flag, and with the principal during diploma hand off). You will receive information regarding purchasing after the event from Grad Images and Balfour.
- LIVE LINK/GRADUATION PROGRAM: Closer to the day of the event, we will communicate the LIVE YouTube link as well as the link to the online Graduation Program for those not attending.
